Liability and Limitations
Community Film Project accepts no liability for actions taken by users during our workshops, collaborations, or film productions. Our dedicated staff strives to ensure a supportive environment, but we cannot be held responsible for personal conflicts or challenges faced by volunteers and participants. By participating in our projects, you acknowledge and agree to assume all risks associated with filmmaking, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, and property damage. We encourage participants to take necessary precautions, seek guidance, and respect other community members. Our goal is to create inspiring stories and memories together, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content produced during projects, including scripts, footage, and promotional materials, remains the intellectual property of Community Film Project unless agreed upon otherwise. Participants may be allowed to showcase their contributions with proper credit, but they cannot claim ownership of collective works. We believe in collaboration and sharing creative talents, so it’s essential to respect intellectual property rights as we work together to produce impactful stories and films.
